📖1. Definitions

"66d" / "Platform"

"Player" / "User" / "You"

"Terms" / "T&C"

By registering an account on 66d, accessing the platform or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 66d platform.

These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and 66d. To register and use the 66d platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.

• You must be 21 years of age or older. 66d is strictly an adults-only platform. Providing a false date of birth during registration is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and during the majority of your use of the platform. 66d is designed and operated for the Bangladesh market.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• You must not have a pre-existing 66d account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either with 66d or with any other gaming platform, at the time of registration. If you are currently self-excluded, you must not attempt to register.

To access the full features of 66d, you must register an account using a valid Bangladesh mobile number. The registration process is free of charge and takes under two minutes. By completing registration you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must never share your account credentials (mobile number, password or OTP) with any other person. 66d support staff will never ask for your password or OTP.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 66d immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be taken.
• 66d reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) from any player at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
• 66d reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion if it determines that the account has been registered with false information, is being used for fraudulent purposes or is in violation of these Terms.

Account closure requested by a player will be processed within 48 hours of the request, provided there are no pending withdrawals or active bonus rollovers. Any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

💸5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 66d are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 66d supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Additional bank transfer options are available for eligible accounts.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit stated by 66d, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 per transaction. 66d charges no withdrawal fees — the full requested amount is transferred to the player's registered payment method. Processing times for withdrawals are typically within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Players may only withdraw funds to a payment method that they own and that matches the registered account details. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• 66d reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. These checks are for the security of the player and the integrity of the platform and do not indicate any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
• Any funds deposited into a 66d account that are found to be proceeds of fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity will be frozen, reported to relevant authorities and forfeited. The associated account will be permanently closed.

Deposits made in error or returned by the payment provider are subject to the applicable refund policy of that provider. 66d does not guarantee the reversal of any completed deposit transaction where the funds have already been credited to the player's 66d account balance.

66d may offer bonuses, welcome promotions, reload offers, free spins and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements published at the time the offer is made available. Players are responsible for reading the full terms of each promotion before claiming it.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each offer is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not available for withdrawal until the rollover condition has been fully met. Real-money deposits are always kept separate from bonus funds.
• 66d reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of bonus terms, multi-accounting or any other prohibited conduct.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household address and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• No-deposit bonuses and free spins, where offered, are subject to maximum withdrawal caps stated in the individual offer terms. Winnings exceeding those caps will be voided at the time of withdrawal.

66d reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings that were credited or withdrawn as a result of a technical error, system fault or misrepresentation of eligibility by the player. Players found to have exploited such errors will have their accounts reviewed and may be permanently suspended.

All players are expected to use the 66d platform in good faith and for legitimate personal entertainment purposes only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure, with forfeiture of all balances.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, access games or interact with the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players, using insider information or coordinating bets in any way designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Registering more than one account on 66d, whether under your own name or under a false identity, for any reason including circumventing responsible gaming limits or claiming bonuses multiple times.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities or game malfunctions in order to obtain credits, winnings or advantages that would not otherwise be available under normal game operation.
• Using funds of illegal origin for deposits. 66d has a zero-tolerance policy on money laundering and cooperates fully with relevant law-enforcement authorities.
• Engaging in any abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward 66d support staff or other players via any communication channel.

Each game available on 66d is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing any real-money bets. Claiming unfamiliarity with a game's rules after a bet has been placed is not accepted as a basis for a refund or dispute.

All game outcomes on 66d are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and verified. 66d does not manipulate game outcomes. Where a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, 66d reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player.

• Sports betting markets (including cricket) are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC, BCB). In-play bets are settled based on the score at the time the event officially concludes, not based on any broadcast delay.
• Live casino game results (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, etc.) are determined in real time by the live dealer and are final. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be submitted to 66d support within 24 hours of the game round in question.
• In the event of a platform disconnection during an active game round, 66d will attempt to restore the game state. If restoration is not possible, the bet will be refunded in full to the player's account balance. This policy does not apply where the disconnection was caused by the player's own internet connection or device.

Game content provided on the 66d platform by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi and others) remains the intellectual property of those studios and is subject to their respective licensing agreements. 66d makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

⚠️11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 66d's liability to any player is limited as follows.

• 66d is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or any indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from a player's use of or inability to use the platform, even if 66d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 66d is not liable for interruptions to service caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, payment provider outages, acts of government, natural disasters or any force majeure event.
• Where 66d is found liable for direct damages to a player, the maximum amount of that liability shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player to their 66d account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

66d reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the 66d platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account. Your account balance will be returned to your registered payment method upon closure.
